SECTION 365:10-5-181. Good faith estimate by insurer

A good faith estimate of the allowable fee pursuant to Section 6055(F) of Title 36 must be provided upon request within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of said request. Request may be made by telephone, fax or mail.
