SECTION 365:10-5-182. Definition of facility

The Insurance Commissioner may determine whether a particular facility is included within the requirements and protections of the Oklahoma Health Care Freedom of Choice Act. The term "facility" shall include, but not be limited to, hospitals, specialty hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, home health agencies and free standing medical facilities.
