SECTION 375:2-1-2. Definitions

- The following words or terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise."Bureau" means the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation."Classified employee applicant" means a person applying for employment with the OSBI for a position within the OSBI that is under the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Merit System of Personnel Administration"Director" means the Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation."OSBI" means the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation."Unclassified employee applicant" means a person applying for employment with the OSBI for a position within the OSBI that is not under the jurisdiction of the Oklahoma Merit System of Personnel Administration
