SECTION 375:2-1-9. Psychological inventory

Latest version.

(a) All applicants for employment who are selected for such employment and accept a conditional offer of employment as a commissioned law enforcement officer shall undergo a psychological inventory.
(b) Prior to undergoing such a psychological inventory, each such applicant given a conditional offer of employment shall read and sign a psychological inventory consent form.
