SECTION 375:25-1-4.1. Withdrawal of application

Latest version.

An application for a concealed handgun license may be withdrawn by an applicant at any time prior to the issuance of the license or letter denying the license. Provided, however, that all fingerprint and processing fees are nonrefundable even if an application is withdrawn. The OSBI will retain on file the original application form and other pertinent information on the applicant.
