SECTION 375:25-3-1. Purpose

The rules of this subchapter have been adopted for the purpose of complying with the relevant provisions of 75 O.S. Sections 250 et seq. (The Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act) and 21 O.S. Sections 1290.1 et seq. (The Oklahoma Self-Defense Act). The rules contained in this subchapter outline the procedures for conducting administrative hearings under the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act.
