SECTION 375:25-3-12. Decision of hearing examiner

(a) The decision of the hearing examiner shall include a statement of findings of fact and conclusions of law.
(b) Copies of the decision shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to each party of record, or his or her attorney of record within fifteen (15) days from the date of the hearing, unless both parties agree in writing that such decision may be delayed.
