SECTION 375:25-3-15. Transcripts

Latest version.

(a) Hearings may be recorded. A party may have a court reporter present when he or she has made arrangements regarding the court reporter's attendance and cost for the reporter's service.
(b) Costs for transcripts of the record or of any portion thereof shall be borne by the party or parties requesting the transcript.
