SECTION 375:25-3-16. Order issuing from a hearing on the merits

- (a) Pursuant to the hearing on the merits in any case, the hearing examiner shall timely prepare and file with the Director his or her decision, containing findings of fact, conclusions of law, and the disposition of the case.(b) The decision of the hearing examiner constitutes the final disposition of the case. The decision is not subject to an administrative appeal, and shall become final if not appealed to a State court within thirty (30) days of receipt.
