SECTION 375:25-3-18. Computation of time

In computing the period of time prescribed or allowed by this subchapter, by notice, order, rule of the OSBI or by statute, the period shall begin to run on the day after the act, event, or default identified and shall conclude on the last day of such computed period, unless it be a Saturday, Sunday, or state holiday, in which event, the period runs until the end of the next day which is neither a Saturday, Sunday, or state holiday.
