SECTION 375:25-3-2. Scope of rules

  The rules of this subchapter apply to all administrative hearings conducted by the OSBI as required by Title 21 O. S. 1995, Sections 1290.1 et seq. (The Oklahoma Self-Defense Act). Administrative hearings shall be conducted upon:
(1)   The suspension or revocation of a handgun license, or the assessment of an administrative fine, as provided in the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act; and
(2)   The filing of an appeal by an applicant for a handgun license whose application has been denied.
