SECTION 375:8-3-16. Risk Management Certificate of Self Insurance

Latest version.

Copies of Certificates of Self Insurance issued by the Risk Management Division of Central Services verifying liability insurance shall be retained in office until superseded by subsequent Certificate then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
