SECTION 375:8-3-19. Workers' Compensation claims records

Copies of reports, correspondence, and other documents pertaining to injury claims against the State Insurance Fund shall be retained in office for as long as the subject employee is employed by the employer then placed in permanent storage for perpetuity.
