SECTION 375:8-3-20. Safety audits

Safety Audits conducted by Risk Management Safety Engineer, the Department of Labor, the OSBI, or others, plus follow up reports and correspondence shall be retained in office until next safety audit, then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
