SECTION 375:8-3-21. Safety correspondence

Latest version.

Correspondence from Risk Management Division, the Department of Labor, the OSBI, or others concerning tips on safety and avoiding accidents shall be kept until no longer needed for administrative purposes, then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
