SECTION 375:8-3-23. Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse transmittal forms

Latest version.

Records of Oklahoma Publications Clearinghouse Form OPC 2 or equivalents submitted along with shipments of publications to the Oklahoma Department of Libraries shall be retained in office until no longer needed for administrative purposes then retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director.
