SECTION 375:8-3-39. Commission membership records

- Records containing information regarding appointments to the OSBI Commission, including biographical information, and incoming letters and copies of outgoing correspondence to individual members rather than the Commission as an entity of state government shall be retained in office and reviewed on an annual basis. After the review, all duplicate and ancillary records shall be retained or destroyed at the discretion of the Director. All substantive records three (3) years old or older no longer needed for administrative purposes shall be permanently stored for perpetuity.
