SECTION 375:8-7-1. Personnel records of regular state employees (active)

Record copies of applications, hiring, promotional date, and other personnel records pertaining to state employment of active regular state employees shall be retained in office until employee leaves the OSBI then transferred to Personnel Records of Regular State Employees (Inactive)
