SECTION 375:9-3-1. Purpose

The rules of this Subchapter have been adopted for the purpose of complying with the relevant provisions of 75 O.S., Sections 250 et seq. (The Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act). The rules contained in this Subchapter outline the procedures for obtaining subscriptions to the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Operations Bulletin.
