SECTION 375:9-3-3. Requests for the OLEOB

- (1) Law enforcement agencies and individual subscribers may request subscriptions from the OSBI by delivering or mailing a letter of request to the following address: Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, Legal Department, 6600 N. Harvey, Suite 300, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116.(2) Delivery of the request in person may be made Monday through Friday (except holidays) between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.(3) Subscribing law enforcement agencies must purchase subscriptions for each commissioned person, animal control officer, jailer, and dispatcher under the control of the law enforcement agency.(4) Law enforcement agencies which are participants in the Municipal Liability Protection Plan with OMAG may request subscriptions by delivering or mailing a letter of request to the following address: Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group, 16 N.W. 63rd Street, Suite 201, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116.(5) County agencies who are participants in ACCO may request subscriptions by delivering or mailing a letter of request to the following address: Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma, 1140 N.W. 63rd Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116.(b) Required information.(1) Law enforcement agencies making a request for the OLEOB shall provide the following information to the OSBI:(A) the full name of the law enforcement agency;(B) the number of copies needed; and(C) the address of the law enforcement agency.(2) Individual subscribers making a request for the OLEOB shall provide the following information to the OSBI:(A) the full name of the person;(B) job title; and(C) the address of the person.(c) Fees.(1) Law enforcement agencies shall pay a subscription fee of twelve dollars ($12.00) per year for each individual to receive the OLEOB.(2) Individual subscribers shall pay a subscription fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per year.(3) Law enforcement agencies which are insured under liability by OMAG shall receive one copy of the OLEOB for each commissioned person, animal control officer, dispatcher, and jailer in the agency free of charge from OLEOB.(4) County agencies who are participants in ACCO shall receive one copy of the OLEOB for each commissioned person, animal control officer, dispatcher, and jailer in the agency free of charge from ACCO.(5) Payment of the subscription fee shall be made in advance payable to the OSBI.
