SECTION 375:9-5-2. Definitions

- The following words or terms, when used in this Subchapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:"Bureau" means the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation."Director" means the Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation."Individual subscriber" means any individual law enforcement officer, police legal advisor, personnel director of a law enforcement agency, and any attorney whose law practice routinely includes the representation of law enforcement agencies."Law enforcement agency" means any governmental law enforcement agency."OSBI" means the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
