The purpose of this Chapter is to describe the organizational structure and function of the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA). This Chapter indicates the legal bases of the Office of Juvenile Affairs, identifies OJA divisions and units, and outlines other rules governing the overall operation of the OJA.
