  •   The Board of Juvenile Affairs (Board) is the official rate-setting body for the programs administered by the Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA). The Rates and Standards Committee (Committee) is responsible for making recommendations to the Board regarding fixed fiscal rates and standards for service contracts entered into by the Office of Juvenile Affairs. The Rates and Standards Committee is not authorized to make decisions regarding rate setting. The Committee's purpose is to advise and make recommendations to the Board.
