SECTION 377:10-3-7. Placement of juveniles adjudicated In Need of Supervision (INS)

Latest version.

An INS juvenile may be placed in his or her own home, a relative's home, a foster home, or a community-based setting. An INS juvenile shall not be placed in an institution.
