SECTION 377:15-7-9. Final Agency Orders

- (a) All findings of fact made by the Board in an individual proceeding shall be based exclusively on the evidence and on matters officially noticed, and a final decision shall be determined by a majority vote of the Board.(b) The final agency order shall be in writing and may be stated on the record at the conclusion of the hearing and deliberations. All parties shall be notified, either by personal delivery or by certified mail, of any final order.
