SECTION 377:3-5-1. Purpose

- (a) The purpose of this subchapter is to set forth the rules governing the operation of the Office of Human Resources Management. The rules in this Chapter are authorized by the authority of the Office of Juvenile Affairs as set forth in Title 10A O.S., § 2-7-101(I) (2), Oklahoma Personnel Act, 74 O.S., § 840-1.1 et seq., and Oklahoma State Merit Rules.(b) The purpose of the Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM) is to provide comprehensive human resource management and development programs which support the achievement of the agency's mission, values, and goals. The Office of Human Resources Management programs focus on recruiting, retaining, and developing qualified agency staff.
