SECTION 377:3-7-3. Regulatory authority

Latest version.

  The Office of Juvenile Affairs shall follow:
(1)   Oklahoma state statutes;
(2)   procedures of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services;
(3)   procedures of the Office of State Treasurer;
(4)   procedures from federal grantor agencies; and
(5)   generally accepted accounting principles.
