The OJA manual contains rules and procedures for all OJA operations. The manual is made available to all staff. In accordance with the Open Records Act, Title 51 O.S., § 24A.1 et seq., the manual is available upon request. Requests should be submitted by letter or telephone to the Office of Policy, P.O.
