SECTION 377:5-1-2. Mission

Latest version.

  The Parole Board shall provide administrative and/or parole hearings when there is:
(1)   an application to revoke parole;
(2)   an application for an Administrative Transfer Hearing; or
(3)   a recommendation to deny parole.
