SECTION 380:1-7-3. Contents of petition

An individual proceeding may be initiated by the Labor Commissioner or his representative or by an individual filing a verified petition containing a brief statement, setting forth the relief requested, and the facts alleged to give rise to the right of relief, and naming the person against whom relief is sought.
