SECTION 380:20-1-1. Purpose

The purpose of the rules in Chapter 20 is to provide guidance for the implementation of standards for the licensing of welders, certification of weld test facilities, and certification of welding inspectors as mandated by Title 59 of the Oklahoma Statutes, Section 1624, et seq.
