SECTION 380:75-5-3. Residential alarm tagging requirements

- A white sticker shall be permanently affixed to the residential fire alarm panel or if the panel is a self-contained unit, the sticker shall be placed on the breaker panel door. The white sticker shall be affixed at the time of installation acceptance. The following additional requirements shall apply to the use of the white sticker:(1) The white sticker shall be a permanently affixed sticker that is completed by the alarm panel contractor. The sticker shall remain on the panel indefinitely. The sticker shall be five inches (5") in length and four inches (4") in width.(2) The white sticker shall contain the following information:(A) "DO NOT REMOVE BY ORDER OF THE CODE OFFICIAL";(B) The contractor's full name, complete address and phone number;(C) The contractor's Oklahoma license number;(D) The applicable version of the NFPA which the system was installed;(E) The date of installation; and(F) The installer's name and license number.(3) All information on the white sticker shall be printed and legible.
