SECTION 385:15-1-25. Monthly production reports

Oil and gas. On or before the last day of the month following the month of production, the oil and gas lessee must file a sworn monthly report of oil, gas and casinghead gas produced and sold from the leased premises. This report will be filed on Commissioners of the Land Office form and must be completed in detail. (Forms furnished on request.)
