SECTION 390:35-1-4. Compliance with laws and rules

- (a) All licensees and approved schools shall be knowledgeable of and conduct operations in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws; and rules and regulations of CLEET. A commission, by clear and convincing evidence, of any criminal offense, may be grounds for an action against any person falling within the jurisdiction and purview of 59 O.S., Section 1750.1 et seq, if such offense reflects negatively on the licensee's or school's moral character.(b) Any statute of the United States or of the State of Oklahoma now existent, or duly enacted in the future, shall supersede any conflicting provision of this Chapter to the extent of such conflict, but shall not affect the remaining provisions herein.(c) Any violation of this Chapter and applicable Laws of the State of Oklahoma may result in a written reprimand or the denial, suspension, or revocation of a license, and/or disciplinary penalty or fine.(d) Interested parties may obtain information or submit comments related to this Chapter by writing to CLEET, Private Security Division, 2401 Egypt Road, Ada, Oklahoma, 74820-0669.
