SECTION 390:35-7-5. License fees

- (a) Individual and Agency license fees shall be determined as set forth in 59 O.S., Section 1750.1 et seq.(b) One fingerprint fee is required of each applicant. For example, if a private investigator also applies for an armed security guard license, the applicant need not pay another fingerprint fee. Applicant is responsible for paying any fees required by the F.B.I.(c) No fingerprint fee is required for Special Event Licenses.(d) Overpayments of more than Ten Dollars ($10.00) will be returned to the remitter.(e) Overpayments less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) will be returned to the remitter upon receipt of a written request by the remitter.
