SECTION 395:1-1-5. Actual and necessary expenses

In accordance with the provisions of Title 47, O.S. Section 2- 300 through 2-313, the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System is directed to carry out the administration of the Plan, and pay for the actual and necessary expenses incurred in the operation of the System, when allowed and approved by the Board. All expenses shall be paid from the Fund by vouchers drawn against the Fund.
