SECTION 395:10-1-15. Qualified Domestic Order - QDRO'S

- (a) No Qualified Domestic Order shall be processed or acted upon by the System unless such order specifically complies with the statutory provisions of O.S. section 2-303.3.(b) When review for sufficiency is requested by a party submitting any Qualified Domestic Order, such review shall be performed by attorneys for the Board at the rate of $100.00 per hour (a minimum of two (2) hours) payable to the System.(c) The Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System shall submit only that information which reflects the member's contribution history and /or benefit amount.(d) Said information shall not be furnished to any person unless prior written consent of the member is obtained or a subpoena or court order is issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.(e) In the event the Qualified Domestic Order does not state otherwise, whenever a retired member receives a cost of living adjustment, the alternate payee will be entitled to a cost of living adjustment commensurate with the alternate payee's proportion of the total monthly pension amount.
