SECTION 405:20-5-2. Annual publications list

Pursuant to 74 O.S., § 3106.1, every state agency, including all institutions of higher education, shall provide to the Publications Clearinghouse a list of those state publications which it has published during the prior calendar year. One copy of the list of state publications shall be delivered to the Publications Clearinghouse no later than the 31st day of January each year. Agencies must report even when no agency publications have been issued during that twelve month period.
