SECTION 420:10-1-2. Compliance with laws and regulations

- (a) In case of any doubt as to the meaning of any language of the rules of this chapter, such construction shall be adopted which is consistent with the Constitution and the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the general public policy as enunciated by the Legislature providing for the regulation of such activities in the interest of public safety. All prior rules and regulations pertaining to the acts and services connected with the LP Gas industry which have heretofore been adopted by the Board or the Administrator are hereby superseded and revoked.(b) All persons, firms, corporations, associations or other legal entities required to secure licenses or permits under the laws of the State of Oklahoma and the rules of this chapter shall conduct their operations in accordance with all the applicable laws of the State of Oklahoma and the rules and regulations adopted in this chapter. All permits which have heretofore been issued or which may hereafter be issued by the Board or the Administrator are subject to the applicable provisions of the law and this chapter as fully as if those laws and these rules were specifically in force and effect at the time such permits were issued.
