SECTION 422:15-5-2. Responses and continuances

- (a) A Respondent may file with the Commission a responsive pleading to a petition for an Order of Assessment. Responses must be postmarked no later than seven days prior to the scheduled hearing.(b) Motions for continuance of the hearing to another date or time shall be in writing and filed with the Commission. A motion for a continuance shall state the reasons for the request and specify the length of time requested.
