SECTION 428:1-1-8. Interpretation of Title

Latest version.

This Title and procedures are adopted to simplify procedure, avoid delays, save expenses and facilitate implementation of the State Capital Improvement Planning Act by the Long-Range Capital Planning Commission. To that end, this Title will be given a fair and impartial construction.
