SECTION 428:10-1-1. Purpose and scope

  In order to provide guidelines for all state governmental entities as defined in 62 O.S., Section 695.3 and the Regents for Higher Education, which are subject to the provisions of the State Capital Improvement Planning Act, the rules of this Chapter establish the time frames, methods, evaluation criteria and information required to be prepared and submitted by state governmental entities and Regents for Higher Education in order to facilitate the business of the Commission. The Long-Range Capital Planning Commission of the State of Oklahoma was created to implement the State Capital Improvement Planning Act found at 62 O.S., Section 900 et seq. The Commission has been charged with the annual preparation of a state capital plan which address statel public capital facility needs for the ensuing eight years.
