SECTION 428:10-3-3. Contents of the Plan

Latest version.

(a) The Plan shall include, but not be limited to, the mandates of Section 901 of the Act.
(b) The Commission will review and evaluate capital outlay requests submitted by state government entities. As a result of the evaluation, the Commission will formulate and recommend a detailed list of capital projects for the executive and legislative branches to consider for funding during the next two fiscal years. In addition, a listing of recommended projects for the six fiscal years following the aforementioned two, will be prepared by the Commission.
