SECTION 432:1-5-2.1. Appointment of hearing examiner

The Commissioners may appoint a hearing examiner or hearing examiners to hear any matter properly before the Commission. The party requesting a hearing shall be notified of the name and qualifications of such hearing examiner(s) at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the hearing date.
