SECTION 432:1-7-1. Purpose
Latest version.
- The provisions of this Subchapter set forth the procedures of the Commission for public inspection and/or copying of the public records of the Commission. Such procedures are established for purposes of complying with the provisions of the Open Records Act as defined in 432:1-7-2 and Section 302 of the Oklahoma Administrative Procedures Act (75 O.S., Section 302). Nothing herein is intended to derogate from or be in conflict with the provisions of the Open Records Act. To the extent any provision of this Subchapter is found to be in conflict with any provision of the Open Records Act, the provisions of the Open Records Act shall govern.
