SECTION 432:1-7-2. Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this Subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Open Records Act" means the most recent codification of the Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. Sections 24A1 through 24A19.
