SECTION 435:10-11-5. Practice within scope of license

- (a) It is the duty of any person issued a temporary license to ensure that such licensee completes the licensure process and does not practice beyond the termination of the temporary license without the issuance of an unrestricted license to practice.(b) It is the duty of any person issued a special license to practice to comply with any and all restrictions of limitations of the special license. A person who has been issued a special license shall respond promptly to an inquiry from the Board or its staff as to compliance with the restrictions or limitations of the special license.
