SECTION 450:18-13-163. Residential treatment for adolescents, discharge criteria

Latest version.

(a)   Programmatic discharge from residential treatment for adolescents shall be determined according to 450:18-7-121. These criteria shall be a part of the program's written policies and procedures.
(b)   Compliance with 450:18-13-163 may be determined by a review of the following:
(1)   Policies and procedures;
(2)   Discharge protocols;
(3)   Discharge assessment instruments;
(4)   Continuing care plans;
(5)   Treatment records;
(6)   Discharge summaries;
(7)   Interviews with staff and consumers; and
(8)   Other facility documentation.
