SECTION 450:22-1-11.7. Biopsychsocial assessment

Latest version.

  All assessors shall complete a biopsychsocial assessment which gathers sufficient information that could assist the participant, and includes the following items:
(1)   Behavioral, including substance use, abuse, and dependence;
(2)   Emotional, including issues related to past or current trauma;
(3)   Physical;
(4)   Social and recreational; and
(5)   Vocational.
