SECTION 450:24-3-2. Core community addiction recovery services

- (a) All services required pursuant to the rule in OAC 450:24 shall provide in accordance with criteria established by the most current edition of the ASAM criteria as applicable to that specific service.(b) Each CCARC shall provide the following services:(1) Screening and referral services;(2) Emergency services;(3) Outpatient services based on ASAM criteria;(4) Intensive Outpatient services based on the ASAM criteria(5) Case management services;(6) Rehabilitation services;(7) Medication clinic services;(8) Facilitation to medical withdrawal management services based on the ASAM criteria;(9) Facilitation to residential substance use disorder treatment based on the ASAM criteria;(10) Service to homeless individuals;(11) Peer Recovery Support Services, and(12) Wellness Activities and Support.(13) Ambulatory withdrawal management (Adults only) based on ASAM criteria.(c) Compliance with 450:24-3-2 shall be determined by a review of the following:(1) On-site observation;(2) Staff interviews;(3) Written materials;(4) Program policies;(5) Program Evaluations;(6) Data reporting; and(7) Clinical records.
